Privacy Policy

Goody App (hereinafter referred to as “the Software”) respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of its services. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the Software will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, the Software will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, without your prior consent, the Software will not disclose or provide this information to third parties. The Software will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When you agree to the Software’s Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the Software’s Service Agreement.

1.Scope of Application

a) The personal registration information you provide in accordance with the requirements of the Software when registering for a Software account;

b) When you use the Software’s online services or visit the Software’s platform, the information automatically received and recorded by your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records of your needs;

c) User personal data obtained by the Software through legal means from business partners.

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:

a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Software platform;

b) The information data collected by the Software about you when you publish on the Software, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;

c) Violations of laws or regulations or violations of the rules of the Software and measures taken by the Software against you.

2.Information Use

a) The Software will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information with any unrelated third party unless it has obtained your prior consent or that third party provides services to you alone or jointly with the Software and is prohibited from accessing all such data after such service ends.

b) The Software does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information for free by any means. If any user of the Software platform engages in such activities, upon discovery, the Software has the right to immediately terminate its service agreement with that user.

c) For the purpose of serving users, the Software may use your personal information to provide you with information that interests you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information or sharing information with its partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

3.Information Disclosure

In the following circumstances, the Software will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements:

a) Disclosure to a third party with your prior consent;

b) Sharing your personal information with a third party in order to provide you with requested products and services;

c) Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial authority in accordance with relevant legal provisions or at their request;

d) If you violate relevant laws and regulations in China or violate the Service Agreement or related rules of the Software, disclosure to a third party is required;

e) If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose it to the respondent at their request so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;

f) In a transaction created on the Software platform, if either party performs or partially performs its transaction obligations and requests disclosure of information, the Software has the right to decide to provide necessary information such as contact details of its trading counterpart to that user in order to facilitate completion of transaction or resolution of disputes.

g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by the Software in accordance with laws, regulations or website policies.

4.Information Storage and Exchange

The information and data about you collected by the Software will be stored on servers owned by the Software and/or its affiliates. Such information and data may be transmitted to your country/region or overseas where such information and data is collected for access, storage and display.

5.Use of Cookies

a) If you do not refuse cookies, cookies will be set up on your computer/mobile device by default so that you can log in or use cookies-dependent services or features on our platform. Cookies can provide more thoughtful personalized services for you including promotional services.

b) You have right to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse cookies by modifying browser settings. However if you choose refuse cookies then you may not be able to log in or use cookies-dependent network services or features on our platform.

c) Information obtained through cookies set up by our platform will be subject to this policy.

6.Information Security

a) All software accounts have security protection features. Please keep your username and password safe. The software will ensure that your information is not lost misused or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite these security measures please note that there are no “perfect security measures” on the information network.

b) When using the software’s online services for online transactions you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information such as contact information or postal address to the other party or potential other party. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you find that your personal information has been leaked especially if your software username and password have been leaked please contact the software customer service immediately so that the software can take appropriate measures.
